http://www.firemountaingems.com would be my first choice, although i am unsure of the cut sheets of silver. i know they used to offer coils-like any wire.

They usually have everything & at great prices.
Rio Grande has sterling silver sheet. However, in order to get into their website or get their catalog, you have to have a jewelry business – they may ask for your business license number and/or if you are a student of any Goldsmith education. Both Mountainfiregems and Artbeads do not carry sterling silver sheet.
Only places I know are Rio Grande and Hoover and Strong, both of whom require you to be either a student or professional in the jewelry industry.
